Initial Thought on clowns Game

Guess I misunderstood their intent.

In 2025, Instant Replay will have an expanded ability to advise on-field officials on specific, objective aspects of a play and/or to address game administration issues when clear and obvious video evidence is present.

Either way, how does that NFL official not throw that flag and have a job the next day? Final play of the game, possible game tying score, textbook DPI, less than 5 yards in front of his face, with nothing blocking his view. You miss those calls because you have way too much job security or someone told you to.
Here are the rules.... Nothing about PI

IR Assist is only available for Penalty enforcement, not Penalty designation. At least not yet. They can only review if a flag is thrown. If no flag was thrown IR Assist isn’t available. There has been discussion about “subjective calls (PI, holding, offsides)” being used by IR Assist since officials are purportedly trending to “let them play” by discretion, so as to not slow down the game. This in itself is asinine since subjective penalties in game are contributing more to game outcomes.

I am starting to flip my ideology regarding full time officials. While there are a few already adopted by the league, they are administrative positions of authority, rather than active game officials. Improving officiating by injecting more youth AND experience at the same time would go a long way. Adopting or improving tech into officiating is now a must. The game is just getting too fast for 60 year old guys who try to run fast and stay in shape.

I agree replay assist should be used for non-calls as well. Something like PI would be pretty obvious on replay. My issue is that it would be tough to incorporate if no flag was thrown. You would have to have someone watching every play every game and instantly make a decision before the next play. My suggestion would be to give the coaches extra challenge flags. If there is a missed PI or blatant hold they can use them for that.
As for officials I don't know if full time guys would help or not. You are talking about trying to officiate multiple things that occur in milliseconds in real time. I just don't think full time officials would make a huge difference. If they just improve the replay assist that should help alot

PI/Illegal contact is alot like holding IMO, it can be called on almost every play. There was a no call by the letter of the law in the Rams/Falcons game last night. It sucks now every big play you have to wait to hear if there was a flag before you get excited.

Yea....and the flag can come out 20 seconds after the play.
