In hindsight I am a dumbass

Un ******* real. I didn't go to the bar to watch because I figured this was gonna be to hard to stomach... it was. Followed online, heart/stomach feel decent. Ha
 
Ben's not Kordell Stewart.

As long as the game is winnable, you never bench a QB of his caliber just because he's having a bad game.

It's beyond stupid, as the the 4th quarter illustrated why.

Dont get me wrong, if he does it again I will react the same way, maybe not call of the benching though. So glad he got it together.
 
No I think it is a lesson to all not to be so quick to pull the trigger.

With Ben you always have a chance for victory.

That's your opinion. He ended up playing well down the stretch, he couldn't have been worse for three quarters of the game though. Being a fan is all it is, folks can save the, I'm a better fan than you because I never see any wrong in my team nonsense. It was a huge win, no doubt.

I was in the same boat. I figured Dobbs can at least run and couldn’t do worse. I guess that’s why you never pull Ben Roethlisberger lol

There's nothing wrong with thinking it, it's not like the coaches or players hear or see any of it. It's not that deep.

I watch at a sports bar, low keyed and severaL WERE SAYING BENCH HIM BENCH HIM, I kept saying it's not over and next thing you know baby steps and then boom we were in business and KABOOM Ben does his rushing majic. Alls good

He was terrible for most of the day, but he's Ben Roethlisberger for god sakes.

I could see the argument for benching him if he had been playing like that all season and it was a continuation of a trend, but that is not even close to the case.

Bench him for Josh ******* Dobbs. **** just blows my mind sometimes.

Even in his dreams, Dobbs could not make some of those throws Ben made on those last two drives.
 
Ben had a few passes dropped too. Ramsey just made two incredible plays. Most DB’s are 0 for 2 on those plays.

Right, I'm a fan watching the game. The notion that fans aren't ever supposed to say outlandish **** when the team is playing terrible is laughable. It's not that deep.

I would bet $10,000 that Dobbs could not lead us to a victory in the 4th Quarter today. Pretty sure my money would be safe.
 
I did not want Ben to be benched. I think the only time you bench him is if he has some kinda physical problem. Obviously he was playing like ****, but have to give him a chance.
 
I thought he had some kind of physical problem. Weird throwing motion.
