If we beat NE convincingly next week........

It will only prove what a Dr Jekyll, Mr Hyde team the Steelers are.

I hope they win out, but if they don't win another game this year, it won't bother me either.

If the Steelers played their A game they could beat anyone.

I simply have no faith in the coaches to put them in position to do just that.

But with their season on the line, perhaps Ben can outscore the cheats.

Because in many ways this upcoming game is a must win.

I'm going to treat this upcoming game as a comedy special, not even gonna let it upset me. I expect to laugh, a lot

Why are you selling then, you think they could still make the playoffs with a home loss to the cheats?

Odds are greatly in backing up your belief.

But even though it is minuscule, there is a small percentage chance.

I would be shocked if it happened, but this team has shocked me before.

Perhaps a 10% chance of happening. Some might even take it to 1%.

I am treating this as a must win, let us see if the players can shine despite ****** coaching......................
 
Had I known the Steelers would lose yesterday, I would’ve rooted for the Pats to beat the Fins as the Fins are now a bigger threat to the Steelers playoff chances.

Anyone know the last time the Patriots lost two in a row? I’m thinking the fact they lost yesterday makes it even less likely the Steelers beat them.

Outside of being blown out by KC a year or two back the evil empire does not get blown out.
There are not anywhere near as good as they have been in the past
Brady is licking his chops at our defense and lack thereof
Strangely, our historic play bad/play good when its least expected may come into play here and the game might even be close
 
I think we have a shot against the Pats, but its going to depend on the offense. I think we will need 30+ to win. The Saints have not been looking as good the last couple games, but they will be at home and I am not sure we can keep up with them especially if Ben is hurting. The Pats game is a must win and we have them at home so no excuses. Its time to man up!

It would just prove what I have said for years. These players do not take Tomlin serious. They only play hard when their backs are extremely up against the wall. Even then, they come up short. No killer instinct or desire to be consistent and honor a great franchise..
 
Tomlin is a jock sniffing lightweight.

He is not a motivator as evidenced by how often we come out flat. He is not an X and O guy as he seriously lacks any acumen in that department. He is not a good in game coach as evidenced by his incredible lack of ability to make in game adjustments or even have a rudimentary ability to use his timeouts correctly or mange the clock to a even an acceptable level. He came out today wioth some incredibly stupid bullshit on why he doesn't make halftime or in game adjustments. Thois piece of **** needs firing because he is not good at doing anything and holds the team ba ck when he actually tries and do something. Bradshaw was right , he is a cheerleader .

That’s like asking...”If silver dollars fall out of my *** tomorrow....” How on earth could you possibly think the team you saw yesterday has a chance in hell of beating New England at all... let alone convincingly? Brady is gonna carve that soft coverage like a Christmas goose. The Raiders had the ball on the 2 yard line and our DB’s were back pedaling like they had 50 yards of turf behind them to defend. Doesn’t get much softer than that. Did they think the receivers were gonna run their routes up to the concession stand?

The Steelers would have won against them last year were it not for the botched call on the James play. They could do it again. Unlikely, but possible.

That team was better last year. This defense is somehow even worse than last year. Also we had Leveon who had a great game and Martavis who they had to account for.
Belichick will eliminate either Juju or AB so it will be up to one of them and Ben to put up 35+ points. Not going to happen.
