I knew as soon as he opened his trap and started about the super bowl we would lose soon. It's almost like a signal to play like ****. Guy can't catch a cold. Between his mouth and Tuitt's tweets last game, none of this is stunning. It is a window into the mindset of the team. They bought into their own hype. Couple that with the retarded play calling and the impotent execution and tonight is what you get.
Gotta wonder if Tomlin’s “tough” talk to media types isn’t brought into the locker room. Maybe his “treating his players like men” doesn’t leave room for the discipline that this team sorely needs.

Yep, this team had the mindset of they are just going to show up and win games. There is no arguing it when both guys put that out there. No doubt it's not everyone on the team, but it's enough guys. Attention to detail and getting the job done will make up for lack of talent in certain areas. For instance, if the receivers don't drop another 6-7 passes tonight that's more points on the board and another win.

Need to bring in Cowher and let him give a speech about the dangers of being over confident going down the stretch. This team has almost no playoff experience and that's a huge disadvantage. While I give them a **** ton of credit for somehow making it to 11-0, I don't think they have the mettle to win the the AFC championship, at least not at this point. I don't see where they have the intensity to run through a wall...
