I give Tomlin and Butler credit

We had some terrible defense in the first half and Watson looked unstoppable. The secondary has had issues this year, but absolutely have to give the coaches credit for cleaning things up in the second half of this game.
 
Yep. I was griping as much as anyone about the coaching, but I have to give them credit for adjusting to an amazing defensive 2nd half.

Great work.

seriously though, props to the coaching staff for doing what they needed to do, to give the team their best chance to win. let's hope this becomes a pattern.

Somehow I ended up watching a YouTube video of Texans fans and they were livid how Tom and made adjustments and O’Brien their coach did not...lol
 
It's nice to see a halftime adjustment of any kind from this staff, and don't get me wrong, it was welcomingly effective -- but the question is: Why was the defensive gameplan so poor to begin with? Why would you try to play a vanilla zone defense against a mobile quarterback with average receivers?
