Man, the Bengals are bad.

You can see Burrow has the skills to be very good and can move around the pocket to make plays. Just not enough talent around him. AJ Green does not look anywhere near what he used to be and has at least three drops tonight.

Says a lot about the Browns that the Bengals are only down five points with 5:55 left in the game.

Burrow can’t even look down the field. Guys are in his face from the snap. He may turn out to be great, but it’s gonna be painful for him getting there. Guy may not be able to walk before the season is over.

Baker looks average against a CHyt secondary. The whole Browns organization looks average or less against a CHyt organization.......................... MAYBE it's just CHyt that is playing.

Burrow will face PAIN when he plays the STEELERS.

I'm a Burrow believer. In addition to having top passing skills, he can run a bit and is a leader. Last night a rookie QB on a bad team threw for 316 yards, 3 TD's 0 Int's in his second game as a pro.

Those numbers would have been impressive a few years back. Now a days.....not so much. The game has just changed that much.

The rookie threw 61 times. Wow. It took B e n half a season to get to that number in his rookie year. Lol

he is very talented, obviously.

I don't feel sorry for him as he was a #1 pick $$$$$$$$$$$
All QBs take punishment sooner or later....he is obviously flexible as the one play where a lineman rolls up on him would have sent a lot of guys to the medical tent.
He is the enemy but even enemies can show respect ..... I have to admit he has composure and made some incredilbe throws in that game
I like playing against good competition .....team may not be on his level yet but in time they will be better than what we saw for years with Marvin Lewis and company...

Yes and no. 300+ yards, 3 TD's 0 INT's is a good day for ANY QB. This was his 2nd game with no pre-season games.

Joe is a Bungle now.
Bungles are the enemy.
Don't feel bad. No mercy to the enemy. Go Cobra Kai.

Agreed, Coach. He had 300+ yards on 60+ attempts b/c the guy had pressure in his face all night and had to dump it off quite a bit. You can't deny he's a smart/savvy and very talented QB at even this early stage of his career. Unfortunately for us.

It's the first time that has happened since the 1960s. 60 attempts with no INTs.

I always respect good players and agree I want to play top talent and not scrubs.
I still don't feel bad for them if they lose a game. :topsy_turvy:

I'm rubbing off on you (chyt)!!!

Oh, Joe Burrow, ROOOOOOLLL TIDE!!! Me still thinks he's overrated but at least he's an SEC product...

My prediction stands for Burrow, I said he has 50/50 odds of being great or getting killed before the end of this season. Nothing I saw last night changes that, he looks great but that line is likely to get him killed.

Interesting, both that it actually happened in the 60's and that it hasn't happened since. Excellent investigative football mind, Cope.

61 throws is not how you want to win games in this league.

Obviously not, the Bengals are Bengal'ng even more than normal.
