Look up a list of the talent they Bought undrafted... Graham, Groza, Motley, Lavelli, Jones...

Yes, that 8 team league that had 4 championship games in which the browns won all 4...those along with their 4 NFL Championships makes it 8....which is better than the Steelers 6.

The aafc was a garage league where most of the teams were fly by nights... the NFL sucked up lithe 3 biggest teams, and cleaveland was the richest.... they had no draft at all, they simply went to the best players and made them an offer, which was hurting the NFL... imagine if a team signed 10 first rounders a year for 4 years... it wasn't a level playing field, and since that ended... 0 championships
But these aren't those Browns. Those Browns are now in Baltimore.
And they finally won a Super Bowl the year after they moved there. That's gotta hurt.

Funny story... I'm in Cleveland a few years back... Mangini just beat us for the first time in years and the place is like a superbowl party for them... we are trying to get out of the stadium and everyone is hooting and hollering.... there is a bit of a logjam at one of the gates and some guy behind keeps yelling about the 8 "championships" so I holler back, "yeah well three of em were in a fake league and the others were just because you stole all that talent when there was no draft for you".... or something like that.... Dude's like, "so" , I Shout "so you don't have a title worth a damn" or something maybe crasser... Just then this guy pushes forward and he is the second biggest human being I have ever seen... and I'm like "Go Steelers"... drunkly thinking, "well I don't really need teeth anyhow"... and he just laughed and said something about them winning today and walked off...

Disagree here, but understand where you're coming from.
Did a ton for civil rights and Black youth in LA. Not a perfect man by any measure, but great off the field in many ways. Never turned his back to public service. Never forgot where he came from.

Honestly, I'm just happy that the Browns have a CHANCE to be competitive again.
this brings about 3 happy points for Wig.
1) The aforementioned opportunity for the Browns to improve. (Yes, I actually long for the Browns to become competitive again. Madden on God-Mode isn't actually any fun.)
2) This weakens the Bengals. They have to replace their OC and quite possibly stunts their offense. That's ******* AWESOME!
3) I would see the Browns grow a bit of a spine and (since they have to eat Manziel's contract anyway by cutting him), offer the little piece of **** up for whatever trade you can get to whatever full on shithole team that will take him.
I say send that little ***-hat to Buffalo or someplace really ******* miserable for a can of pepsi. (literally). Send a message to the little asshat. "Hey Johnny, rather than let you have your way with your stupidity and antics, we're going to dump your *** on Buffalo, who's agreed to keep you on the practice team. They'll pay you league minimum, we get a can of Pepsi and Dallas doesn't get to pick you up off waivers." How's that sound you epic bag of dicks? "By the way, I hear Jerry is going with RGIII. He ought to be exciting in Dallas, eh? Bundle up, it's coooold in Buffalo!"
