I still wanna know why a flag wasn't thrown by the back judge for the OBVIOUS face mask...
As AB said, he knew he was going to take a hit and he did. But, he didn't go down and kept fighting after the initial hit and was able to reach across the goal line. No way that play should have been blown dead. It happened very quickly. Catch - hit - stand back up - fight and reach over. Just a great, great play.
Thank God it wasn't blown dead.
Because AB is AB. Hardest working WR in football.

Unfortunately, AB's back was to the back judge and from that angle he couldn't see the facemask. It was plain a day to everyone else on TV, but the guy standing behind didn't have a line of sight on it.
That would have been a serious ******* tragedy if they'd blown the play down and not thrown a flag.
I haven't seen a single Raven's fan mention the facemask. Not one.

Because out of bound's Brown had no way to get out of bounds.
you would have bitched about Franco back in the day too wouldn't you....I saw Brown duck his head and take on the safety not far from the sideline Sunday....
