I do not ever recall the tuck rule prior to that time. I also am one of the ones that do not believe it was an incomplete pass as was called. It was a gift to the patriots as was the sweeping under the rug of the cheating which I believe was going on then as well. I will never be convinced that the cheatriots have ever won with out cheating. To believe otherwise is akin to believing that all politicians are honest and have our best interests at heart.
