How long do you think Brady will be suspended?

These options should cover the possibilities...
 
I hope it is the whole ******* season, seems about right likely been cheating since 2007 which does include the illegal filming or deal with all the radio gear since 2000.
 
Goodell, Kraft = buddies = minimal punishment
 
He's getting suspended....I can promise you that. All hell will break loose from the other 31 teams if the league sweeps the cheaters crap under the rug again. Throw in what happened to the Saints a few years back and Tommy Boy is going to miss some time. I say it will be 2 games, which is a joke.
 
Hope at least one of them is the game with us - with Bell suspended. Should be a fair fight.
 
Nothing, there are two fall guys already in place. Take their SB away for altering the integrity of the game. That would be fitting. It's OK to cheat. Who cares if they got caught? They got their 4th ring. The trophy that matters most. Any slap on the hand is just that, a slap on the hand.
 
No suspension, maybe a fine in the half million dollar range, which is pocket change to him.

I personally think he should get suspended for the season minimum along with his coach and owner. I just don't see Goodell and company doing anything though. The NFL I have cherished since I was a kid has slowly changed into something I just don't like. Never ever thought I would say that.

I think he'll have to get something but it will be minimal. I voted 1 game. Be two at most probably.
 
4 games, same as a PED hit... that is fair in the eyes of the league... he will appeal it, play vs us, then get it knocked down to two or one afterwards...
 
I just do not see the shady Pats franchise, that is known for bailing on its vets at the downturn of their careers, fighting hard for the guy... he is 38. this may become the way they can cut ties with him without fan backlash
 
Pats fans need to realize that:
A.) this isn't a court of law. its a private business and they have more leeway.
B.) If Brady were to pursue some sort of outside leagal recourse, whatever he is holding back will likely be discovered and made public
C.) he is obviously hiding something, and he knew
D.)This is on par with taking steroids, and should be treated the same
E.)if you refuse to take a drug test, you still get suspended.
F.)If you don't get caught with drugs in your system, but the chemicals that can cover up the drugs, you still get pinched just the same...

Cheating is suspendable... this was cheating... CHEATING... not innocent gamesmanship, altering equipment to gain an advantage outside of the rules... this isn't a witch hunt, its a cartel sting...

I voted 1 game because that's all douchebag Roger will give him. The cheating ****** deserves at least 6 though.
 
This mocks the integrity of the game or what's left of it. Makes me wonder not so much of his grip. I wonder how many of the Pats receivers have trouble catching a fully inflated football...

I cannot vote for some reason. However, I will posit that Marsha should be suspended for one year... minimum... period! The simple fact that he cheated when added to his arrogance and outright denial make a one year suspension a must. He lied to Roger. He lied to the league. He lied to to NFL fans and he lied to a nation. HE LIED! The language that is used in the report saying, "more likely than not" IS NOT a squishy way of saying maybe-sorta. It is legal language that the NLF LEAGUE uses to say he is GUILTY! I guarantee that when the LEAGUE reads, "more likely than not," they KNOW he is GUILTY! Anything less than a year for Brady, Belicheat and Kraft is a mockery.

Now, that said... I am guessing four games.

The NFL should be suspended for ever allowing the teams, or their employees to have access to the football other than during the game, (including timeouts etc).

If Commissioner Goodell had any common sense, he would have announced after the disclosure of the "deflating" footballs that ALL game day balls would be shipped by the league, inflated by the refs and kept under their total control. PERIOD. Oh, I forgot, this would cost extra $$$.

If baseball teams had as much access to game balls as football teams do, certain "unnamed " pitchers would still be throwing knuckle balls, that somehow got doctored in the dugout.

Long history of cheating for that team. The things they have been caught doing pale in comparison to what they haven't been caught doing. I'd damn near stake my life on it. It's obvious the NFL cares little for actual integrity. They know what the deal is. These billionaire owners have more resources to find out the truth then i could ever dream of. Preserve and grow the coin$$$ at all costs. It's ******* sad.
 
He needs the Pete Rose treatment! His titles have included too many black marks.... tuck rule, spy gate, deflate gate.... If Sean Peyton gets a year suspension because of his def. coaches and players had bounties (not cheating), then Tom Brady deserves a lifetime ban. Super Bowls were earned through cheating and manipulating the integrity of the game.
 
It will be a one game token suspension, if that.

It SHOULD BE a whole year.
 
Now I think it should longer than two games. Brady has been doing this for years. If you combine this cheating, with the video taping of the Rams super bowl practice, and filming other teams signals my conclusion is Brady as the Quarterback greatly benefited fro this illegal and unfair advantage.
