Hope Muth is OK, Heyward is better than I expected

Heyward is too short to be a prototypical TE isn't he. Not saying he couldn't be valuable if worked into the game plan by a competent OC. No doubt he has great football instincts.
No way is that happening. That said, in the post game interview today, you could tell he knows his opportunities at a SB are nearing the end. All the young players are optimistic and hopeful for next year. They asked Cam about Tomlin's .500 record and said something like, "I'm not thinking about records or streaks or anything right now." Ben, Pouncey, and Cam should have gotten a Lombardi together. Unfortunately, I'm not sure Cam is going to get it before calling it a career.

Like I said before… if that guy wanted to chase a championship, id totally support him.. tell him pick a team and trade him for a third round pick or so… HOF type guy who absolutely deserves a Super Bowl win

I mean, his height may be a minor factor, but what I really need to know is...

How big is his head,?

I like when Heyward and Warren are in.
Warren had another great game with some big impact plays keeping drives alive. He just looks like a great football player always aware of the situation and always finds where the daylight is. Heyward is similar in that they just make the play when needed most. If Najee can find consistency and keep running like the last 2 games we are set at RB for the foreseeable future. Honestly all three guys had career days 2 weeks in a row when needed most, under all the pressure of win or go home. That you can't teach, Pickens was clutch too. This Offense gives me alot of hope for next year.

Heyward just makes plays when he is in there. I can't picture Cam leaving with his brother here, but you never know. Trying to chase a SB is tough. You just never know what a team will do. Look at the Rams this year.

great news...

He was in alot of pain it seems..

I heard of several occansions, that when you disrupt your knee joint and feel pain....that's a good thing as it relates to the severity of the injury..

Yes, the best path forward there is to not extend him, let him wait till the deadline, if we aren’t contenders then deal him to the team he thinks is most likely to win who will take him

I think Cam is under contract for 2023 and 2024. The powers that be just have to figure out if they are willing to pay him 22M.

Don't see a scenerio they let him go.

I can tell you from experience. I tore my patella tendon at both ends in August. Felt absolutely no pain. Just swelling. That was what indicated to the Dr that it was a potential tear (the fact that I reported a "1" on a scale of 1-10 for pain).
