The nature or extent of Cam Heyward's injury that forced him from the game on the final drive was not detailed by Mike Tomlin. But Heyward is OK and his injury is not serious.
 
The Steelers are very fortunate that the refs didn't put more time back on the clock after Heyward's injury. That play was over with 17 seconds left. They let it run down all the way to 8 seconds, when Baltimore spiked it. Even a few extra seconds would have given the Ravens another play.
