what the hell did Eyabi Anoma do to get kicked out???

He landed at UH and I'm wondering if this is a good thing or not

He entered himself into the NCAA transfer portal in February.
After a conversation with Nick Saban he apparently had his mind changed. Maybe Nick Saban changed it again for him. haha
Apparently to attend Alabama football program he had to enroll as a student for classes with the University between March timeframe leading up to class dates starting very soon, like Aug 21
I think things are still up in the air whether he would qualify for this season????

Or his head is too big.......you decide

I'm not sure what their stipulations usually are, but I know they said he had to be approved by the school before he could start to practice with the team

nothing in any of the articles I've seen have really addressed why Sabin booted him and rules prohibit him from making any statement, so I was curious if there was anything floating around about him.

not from anything I've read. They were reportedly expecting him to play a big part in the defense...not a starter, but plenty of playing time especially on 3rd down

He entered the transfer portal in Feb, then withdrew after talking with Saban...got stater minutes in Spring due to an injury, and was impressing the coaches. He never registered though and last week he was shown the door....could be lack of commitment to the school or he did something more to irritate Saban.

One of my clients who has several friends on the "inside" ( trainers & doctors ) said he has serious mental health issues. He was expelled from school and the rumor is that it was for him calling and threatening to shoot up the athletic facility. Saban publicly released him just a few hours after getting this info.

I thought it was odd why he ended up at a lower tier school with his pedigree. That would explain why he didn't make at least a move to a school that's a top 10 team.

if that was the case, the story would have made the news. There would have had to be police reports for a threat like that and no way they could keep that secret.

The reports are he never registered for classes so how could he be expelled?

The article I posted claims he was expelled, so much like the with the Raiders.... the answer to your question is "BOTH!" Haha...

If that turns out to be the hidden factor in all of this ...it will leak eventually to the press. Especially with all that has happened recently in Texas and Ohio situations where they may have found information that predisposed some of the unfortunate tragedies that took place.

as a Freshman in limited time, he "appeared" in 12 games...no indication of minutes played...also 2 TFLs...was named SEC All Freshman team



not saying the story y'all heard is wrong, but if true and no police report was filed then this could really blow up in Saban's face....

would really hope if UH had info like that, they wouldn't allow him in the school......

Thanks and I was thinking that, of course after I'd posted.

I HOPE IT ISN'T A CHARACTER ISSUe but these days it seems everyone has some sort of character issue.
