He's still a Steeler

They lost their ******* minds. Deebo irked the **** outta me when he posted the video cozying up to Tommy Boy and trolled SN with it. Just bad taste and showed how vindictive and petty he was IMO.

Didn't see it, but that had to have been awful.

But without Deebo and his 99yd pick six in the Super Bowl, Tommy Boy could quite possibly have more SB titles than the Steelers.

He is the #1 reason we have 6 rings IMO, not Ben to Holmes. Arizona seemed to be having their way with us. Those 6 points by Deebo gave Ben the opportunity to win the game at the end.

It was pivotal. His will to score was so strong. What a play! I did see Swann and Stallworth live though and wow. Two completely different eras but both were pretty dominant while healthy.

It was a pivotal play but the game was won on two plays not related to that, this fact shouldn't be lessened in importance. Without them Deebo's play was a fantastic play but no ring. No what that play did more than anything was change momentum. But Arizona hung tough and tried to change the momentum back in their favor. Thank goodness for Wood and BigBen that they made significant plays to prevent the ring from switching hands.

Although DEBO's play is / was one of the greatest plays ever in SB history, it still wasn't the winning play. I have to fully agree with you slash, DEBO's play enable momentum change but more importantly allowed us the chance to win. Without that play we don't know if we come out with a win or loss but still a lot of game to go whereas BEN's pass play (another greatest play in SB history) definitely gave us the win.

Both of those plays were/are monumental. To this day, I can't decide which one is greater, as they both had impact on the game and are equally great plays. Magical.

The thing about Deebo was it was all willpower that drove him... to get an idea of how great he was, watch the non highlight reel... dude was held on virtually every rush and he just came harder and harder every play... that td run in the superbowl was all heart... yeah he was an ******* when he stubbornly pursued something that us fans disagreed about... but that same stubborn willpower is what made him awesome on the field....

Simply stated....
Swannie was MONEY.

As well as about a dozen others on that squad...
