BEN needs to do what ever is asked but unfortunately he is being asked to play and offensive scheme that doesn't work. Against the bungles there was a small stretch of the running game being implemented and BOOM, the passing game was working in unison. Then back to the short game and crap.

If it's up to the coach to reel BEN in then he needs to do it and in no uncertain terms. If BEN is trying to reel in some semblance of a working offense then he needs to maybe go a little public by say this is the game plan and he is told to execute it. This public would shoulder interest on coaching ability.

HELL in December may be a blow up amongst the participants.
