Heard this on the fan, didn't look up the draft chart.

I dont know how many times you have to be told about Greedy Williams...

Actually I was going to start a thread on this dude today as someone I wouldn't be mad if we actually "HAD" to take because our other choices on the board are gone. I hear all the tackling concerns, but in his interview he clearly says I can tackle, I just wasn't asked to. A tall coverage speedster, who can bat down passes, intercept, & give opposing wide-outs absolute fits, could be something special. He pretty much locked down Metcalf, and that guy is a BEAST

I also watched a couple of videos this morning on him, heard how he got the nickname greedy, & some testimonials of the kids demeaner & competitiveness. He seems to want to be the best. I like that

In our secondary WE NEED BALL HAWKS & this dude is one. Tackling? Deion wasn't one who liked to tackle & he owned receivers...

All I know is I am prepared to embrace if we go that route. Kid is VERY INTERESTING

if Greedy is the BPA at 20, then by all means take him.

I'm hoping for White, Bush or AJ Brown.

I just like his nickname Greedy. So I'm all for Pitt trading up for him! Lol jk

But really, I mean he wouldn't be my first or second or third option choice at 20....but depending how the cards fall, I wouldn't be too upset with him at that pick

Devin white I think the jets might trade down a few spots and pass up of Allen, and allen goes to Tampa and bush likely to Cincy, I think at 20 then Williams is your best overall player or you trade to early rnd 2 get CB Baker Te I move up for LB Wilson

Bungles didnt re-up Red Rocket. they're likely to push the reset button and bring in a QB.

wonder what they'd want for AJ Green in trade?

I like that approach, but the Steelers can move down only 5-6 spots and get a top CB (Murphy, Baker or Williams). They are all gone by pick 32.

If I could move down to 26/27 or so, I use that pick on Mack Wilson.

I've seen some mocks over the last couple of days that have them trading up to get the QB they want.

I would make that trade for Josh Allen or Devin White

Devin White is already talking about his next mega contract. Not sure the Steelers want to mess with another guy worried about money after dealing with Brown and Bell.

They were talking about White and Bush, the two top ILB's. White will go top 10, it looking more and more like Bush will definitely be gone before #20, alot of people have him going to Cincy at 11.

I am certainly no expert on the players in the draft, but as soon as I heard Cincinnati cut birthdefect I thought they would swop in and take a lb that could have went to us. A lot of us wanted Eiffert, and a lot of us wanted Jackson. In hindsight it hasn’t worked out for them, but ****,that’s easy to say now.

Now in the last god knows how many years we have needed to draft a top notch Cb or safety. We have always been **** out of luck getting a top tier guy usually because of our draft position. Most mocks I have read would give us the choice of either the first or second ranked DB coming out. Is there really nobody worthy of our pick @ 20? That we would be happy taking? They have always seemed to be reaching whenever they have picked someone in the secondary, mostly because I believe their guy has been picked.

Historically we have done well with our WR selections, and yes obviously we need an ILB. I just really believe the 2 guys will be gone,so let’s get secondary help, and hopefully there will be a top notch LB in the second round.

A defensive football player is never asked to tackle. It’s a given. If you watch his tape...he avoids it. Which is fine if you want to be a Deion Sanders. But that’s not playing real football. More like flag football.

Would be curious to hear what the coach said when he heard that from Greedy.

With our tackling issues we don't need someone back there who doesn't tackle on purpose.

I'd rather get Johnson in the 3rd....long, fast and a willing tackler

That doesn't impress me that much, both are tight hipped players and Metcalf while his measurables look pretty, his 3 cone- wasn't good and it shows on tape. He runs maybe 3 routes- Go, Curl, Fade. Those routes would be easier to cover for taller tight hipped corner like Williams. Neither player impresses me
