Has Brady hit the age cliff?

The real question is, how long will Ernie Adams be allowed to whisper in Tom's ear? he'll remain steady for as long as that happens if not spectacular.

Yep... People think bodies slow because of muscle fatigue..thats part of it but Its more on the mental quickness side that contact sport players fade in and cant recover in... Rbs dont process the holes as quick...qbs get a sliver slow making reads then compound that with weakening arms.... Designer steroids and headsets that dont shut off fixes how he lost a step a few years back then regained two

Max Kellerman says he is hitting the age cliff and hitting it fast. He says no QB has ever been very good when nearing 40. Brady is 39.

He says never, in the history of the NFL, has any QB ever maintained excellence when nearing 40. Manning didn't. BUT, Brady didn't have the injuries Manning did.

Tom says he can play until 50. No one believes that. Ryan Clark says Brady has 3 more good years.

What say you? I think the end is more near than TB does. This could be his last year with legit championship hopes. That may be bad news for us.

Can you think of any QB who was still top shelf at 40? Len Dawson last year was at 40 and he was no good.

Flutie had a decent season at 41.

Sonny Jurgensen played until 40, but that was it.

Vinny Testaverde played over 40, and was OK, but he was never really that good to begin with.

Moon was still decent after 40, but not a winning QB.

Favre, the biggest QB freak ever, had a great season at 40, but then was a shell of himself after that season.

George Blanda played till he was almost 50. Cant tell you how good he was toward the end though, going by childhood memory.

Well, remember when Manning made everyone feel he could play at the highest level for a while? In 2013 Manning threw for world record 5,477 yards and 55 TDs. IN 2014, production started to drop, to 4,700 and 39 TDs and last year, although he won a SB, the bottom dropped out to 2,250 and 9 TDs. It was over. Just like that. And Max point is it will happen to Brady in the same manner.

Not the same peyton had neck surgeries that severely effected his abilities. At one point he could even barely throw a football let alone play in the nfl. Also peyton didn't have the big arm strength to begin with. Brady has been pretty lucky with injuries and to expect a sudden severe drop won't happen

brady will be able to dink and dunk for a few more years.that is what he is good at.

What part of t*mmy b*y's career is tainted and what part isn't????? I think Ernie has been there since day one. I think hoodie has been filming since day one. I think t*mmy b*y has benefited since day one had become so arogant that anything goes entitlement is there since near day one. He is taking a "clean" growth steroid. Drop off, it's coming and when it does he will be toast. ONLY thing is he will stop playing before Justice can be extracted. Did I say **** t*mmy b*y and his CHEATRIOTS

Yea know, he wasn't even listed on the list I looked at. That seems curious.

Brady has been solid. Yesterday wasn't his best day but obviously his knee isnt in as good of shape as they're saying.

Paging Dr. Von Oelhoffen, your services might be needed in the playoffs.

Brady has benefited from the don't hit the qb rules greatly... but... a big butt.. a kardassians girls big butt... he can't take any big hits.. an injury here an injury there and his time is marked... he won't come back from a big injury at this point in his career. No qb outside of Montana was more of a "system" qb than Brady. Had he been drafted by a Detroit or a Cleveland nobody would have heard of him. That said he sure kicked our *** lol

NO other QB has benefitted more than t*mmy b*y. Does anyone remember how protected the Ref's kept him durring the golden years of godell and Kraft sleeping with each other. If you even got close the flags wer flying, no ****. Brady had near command of the ref's, everything in his favor. So as has been said, him now on a more level playing field, his time is limited. He is already hobbled this year and hasn't taken a significant amount of abuse. His drop off willo be fast and he will QUIT imeadiately. Can't be soon enough but know I don't wish injury on NO ONE !!!!!

I just want the Steelers to whoop the **** out of them in afccg

In an earlier post I said JAMES HARRISON will hit t*mmy b*y so hard they both will retire, t*mmy b*y due to not ever wanting to be hit like that again and JAMES HARRISON with his new super bowl ring.!!!!!

Did anyone see the play where he was blocking for Blount, and the defense went around him..... no one would hit him as a lead blocker. Weird.

I don't care a fig for Mr Bundchen.

I care about what we do now for a backup and what plans we have for after Ben.

I wish they would have crushed that *****! That was their chance to put a good clean hit on him.
