but Tomlin doesn't and says he wouldn't changed anything from the game and passed the buck to execution. LMAO!!!
What kind of leader is that? I think he's a pretty good coach, but to pass the buck after that performance, wow.
This is per Kevin Gorman on the fan.

Maybe AJ is Coach Tomlin, he says the same crap all the time

I watched the Tomlin presser with my son, we just looked at each other and laughed. He acted like he thought all of his decisions were spot on and it basically came down to execution. SMDH

A low IQ person at head coach who is arrogant, what could go wrong ?

What time are the fire works he promised in New England next week ?

Yep. Roethlisberger takes the burden of the loss on his 469 yards and 5 tds while Tomlin blames execution. Who’s fault is it to not have your team execute correctly is it anyway?

It's easy to take the loss when you know your numbers look like that. No individual player or coach lost this game. It was a group suck fest.

The defense lost it, I don't think anyone needs to be told that.

Ben has one of the greatest playoff performance that you'll see, especially since he basically had six touchdown passes with his lateral to Bell, yet still takes the blame. He had a couple of turnovers that led to points, but he was pretty incredible today and was definitely not the reason they lost. Still, you have to appreciate he takes the blame and owns up to his bad plays.

I'd say the defense lost this one.

Look, the defense was complete ***. The defense didn't fumble the ball for a TD (The line struggled up front) , or put them in our end with a pick in the first ten minutes. Ben is the best QB to ever play for the Steelers, but it was a group suck fest from the opening whistle. I'm done talking about the coaching, the Rooney's evidently don't give a **** about titles. Competitive is the new standard. If they don't care, I'm not losing any sleep over it either.

No they didn't, but they gave up an 18 yard run on the next play for 6, and gave up 375 yards and 38 points to that offense. Jax was 5 for 5 in the redzone, only one of those was a passing TD.

Tomlin could mess up a wet dream.

No surprise. Tomlin has never once in 10 ******* years taken responsibility for strategy or in game decision making shortfalls despite all the evidence to the contrary that has passed before our very eyes so often over the past decade. What is he other than an articulate front man good for an occasional sound bite. Not much of a leader and he will never lead this team to the promised land.

I don't know what else to say. The defense was awful the entire game. But they can't go up 21-0 if the offense scores some points can they? There's just no way to point the finger at one unit. As bad as the defense was, the offense got shut out until almost midway through the second quarter. That's why I say it was a group let down. Eventually the offense did what they can do, but they were down three scores by then.

Agreed they all had a part, but the jags scored one TD last week and one td the week before, and totally embarrassed our D, even down 21-0, they allowed another 24 points still, Bortles 95 rating, 240 yards or whatever, their best players did absolutely nothing, that's why I'm much harder on the D

In the simplest way possible of looking at this --- our offense scored 42 points against the best defense in the league and our defense essentially gave up 45 against a QB that couldn't hit the ocean from the beach, a team with no WRs that could make our roster and an overall offense that would be charitable to call middling. Pathetic defense and pathetic coaching.

The Jags scored ZERO points in the third quarter. We had more than one opportunity with the ball to go down and tie it and didn't. For the 1,000th time, the defense stunk. But when you have a QB who's never been there, tying the score takes away the security of knowing you're playing with the lead. It's just too easy to point at one thing and say that was it.

They got to within 7 3 different times and that QB that's never been there made big plays on our defense

And the idea that people here would actually be arguing whether the offense was remotely responsible for this debacle (outside jackassed 4th down calls and a couple turnovers) are out of their mind. No small part of our turnover deficit is the fact that our pathetic D couldn't force anything against Borles and his weak offense.

I'm talking about down seven and we have the ball Tom. I only speak English, there are only so many ways to agree the defense was a joke. We still had the ball with a chance to tie it a couple different times and didn't. Once we were at mid field. A bad QB will play better with the comfort of the lead, and he had it the entire game. ****, Fournette was a shadow of himself the second half and the only other RB on their active roster killed us too. Either way, on to looking at free agents and draft prospects. Nothing else is changing on the coaching front.

We never had the ball in the 4th quarter with a chance to tie the game, let that sink in.
