Great interview at the Depot for Coolie's guy Demarcus Ayers

Many of players left thinking the grass looks greener, to learn that Pittsburgh was the best experience of their career. Add Ayers to the woodpile.
 
I understand he was under pressure by New England but I think he should have talked to tomlin / team exec. And told them what was going on.

I liked him but it was Coolie who pointed him out (NOT coach). I thought he would catch on and if he would have took our PS position, if I remember correctly, injuries would have made him a starter with-in that season.

I Remeber it was a commotion when he left and I wish he would have done a better job at that.

really wish he could have stayed healthy in camp his two years here...if he had taken time to talk with the Steelers he might have stuck around and very likely would have gotten his shot

He definitely could have helped the Steelers punt returns
