Good thing they didn't draft Gregory

Suspended 4 games for substance abuse.

I guess he didn't learn after he got popped in college.

I am SHOCKED!

That's the risk vs reward. I honestly think this will hurt Spence's draft stock considering he is a multi offender of the drug abuse program.

We should be counting our blessings every day that passes that we don't hear the news that Martavis screwed up again (and would be lost for the entire 2016 season). Since the Steelers KNEW about Martavis' impending suspension at the time of the draft last season (the reason we took Sammie Coates in R3), I guarantee that Gregory wasn't even on our draft board.

I'm no expert, but I don't think Spence is a real consideration for us, especially in round 1. Besides the drug problems in his past, he has short arms and small hands and doesn't appear to be super stout in setting the edge vs. the run.

I think Spence is off our board completely now but I think he will fall on other boards as well. It looked on paper so great for the Cowboys to have Gregory in round 2 but now not so much. I could see Spence falling to round 3-4. He was climbing boards but I just don't see him continuing to climb with this happening to a guy he is being compared to.

P.S. If Gregory couldn't stay clean playing for the Cowboys, it shows how bad his problem truly is. The Cowboys are willing to pay security guys to shadow their problem players 24/7. That's part of the reason Gregory wanted the Cowboys to draft him --- he thought a full-time baby-sitter would help him.

Mike Adams was off the Steelers draft board until he initiated contact with the team. With Spence's issues, I'm sure he isn't on it, but it will be interesting to see if they'll speak with him at any point and if so, whether they give him an outline of requirements to be considered.

If Spence claims he is a Steeler fan, they will draft him; the Rooneys completely overrate players who grew up in PA or who claim they are Steeler fans. They totally overrate that ****.

Who smokes themselves out of the league first, Martavius or Gregory?

So does that mean Noah Spence is out for round one?

It worked for Mike Adams.
