I'm sure that the commissioner will examine the Patsies payroll from last year, find they somehow had an extra $5 million in cap room that spills over to this season, and will be behind the podium beaming like a 6-year old at Christmas as the Patsies announce the signing ... 3 years, $150, or $50 per season just because Tate "wants to win."

Patsies then use the "found" money to sign Houston, and then trade him to Houston for Watt and the Texans next four 1st round picks because Houston (the team) becomes confused and believes that acquiring "Houston" (the player) means they acquire their entire roster.

If he signs with us he can do what he wants. Not everyone offers those kinds of perks.
 
W/Rogers and Moncrief, there's no way he signs here. Plus, the Pats can offer more than the Steelers at this point.

If they could get Tate I'd be excited. Sum of the parts might actually be better than last year. Washington and Moncrief would really have to pan out though.
 
I hear he is deciding between the Steelers VS the cheats.
 
If the Steelers do sign Houston (yes, please), then they would not have the cap room to sign Tate, I believe.
