I do recall Polamalu labeled a bust by many people in his first year. I guess I don't agree with those ripping him after 2 games, yes he's been beaten and out of position, but I think we should cut him sime slack

Fans didn't take to Troy right away because he tried to tackle by launching himself at the target. But he was in position most of the time. All rookies struggle. I understand that. But Bush, like J.Jones before him, had some serious issues on film if anyone wanted to see it. Remember people on this board thought he was going to be the DROY. Just look at the threads about who was going to break out. Bush was a given. Can't have it both ways. Don't tell me how great he is and how this defense is going to be blowing people up because of him and now come back after 2 games and say what do you expect from a rookie?

Again, he will be a good player. But I don't see him as a great ILB. But he can be serviceable. You don't need a pro-bowl player at every position to win. He just needs to do his job.

Problem is once again we have a # 1 pick who will be serviceable like Uncle Jarvis and Dupree, this is why our defense sucks, premium picks that don;t deliver premium results.

The defense while better this week than last, got roasted for 151 yards rushing, 4.6 yards per carry and 29/35 passing by Wilson.
