Game Balls, Game Goats & FU's.........@ Bungles......

yeah. I balked at that one, too.

Common knowledge that the home team will refuse to replay something favorable to the visiting divisional rival that they can't ******* beat and hate as demonstrated with every illegal smash to the head.

Honestly, why the **** does the league/refs not just call it a touchdown on the field, go to review being that every scoring play is reviewed anyways, and change the call from there? Seriously? It makes too much sense not to do it that way, especially when you consider that in Juju’s case, I’ve never seen a players helmet being considered as the body part needing to be on the ground to be down. The local radio here in Detroit, constantly discusses this, and I completely agree. Isn’t the point of the replay system to get the calls correct?

I watch with the sound off so I didn't hear the call, but cbs flashed TOUCHDOWN on the screen so I thought that was the call on the field. I was shocked at the call after review.

I think if your options are challenge the play and know you're losing a timeout, use a timeout or take a 5 yard penalty and punt, save the timeout, forget the challenge, take 5 yards and punt the ball. A timeout is far more precious than 5 yards.

I pretty much posted the same thing on the previous page.

As I recall, one of the refs signaled TD too.

Was there any clear evidence of Switzer getting the first down?
Even if it's not in, they put the ball at the 1, that review moves the spot of the ball if not a TD, looked pretty clear to me it was a td

I disagree with the Swtizer review as well. It's really tough to win spot of balls unless it is definitive. That was not. That then begs the question, don't they have a booth guy reviewing the broadcast feed? Or are they relying on the big screen on the field. If it's the latter, they are misusing technology to give them an advantage on when to review.

Secondly, I am a fan of using a review as a timeout situationally. If you want to disrupt the flow of the game or give your team added rest, you can use it like a timeout. It is longer than a regular timeout, so it is really good at breaking up momentum. Kind of like injuries used to when players used to fake them at the end of games.

I heard Bouchette say that Tomlin does not have a review guy upstairs

Game goats, special teams. They gave up long returns and left the Bungles with short fields.

Berry also had a bad punt early that it looked like he shanked.

Also, **** deebo

ARE you kidding me????? The whole idea of replay is to see if there is anyway possible to allure the game in the direction "BIG MONEY" has wanted it to go. Pretty simple dynamics.

Salute the nation

you know Tomlin is not making the decision alone, he has people in the booth advising him
Then they need replacing. WTF kind of an exec. is CMT? When subordinates make El Jefe' look bad they get the axe fer crissakes!
