Arians is basically the exact opposite of Belichick as a coach. It'll be interesting to see how this team comes together.

Arians is a good coach. I don't think he'll want Brady holding the ball for too long.
 
Brady looked like crap last year, especially later on, his arm isn't there any more. Good luck hitting those timing throws when you don't know where the defenders are going to be.

Ol Ernie didn't go to Tampa so Brady won't be winning quite as much as some think. I agree he is a shadow of what once was.
