Changed it up since most didn’t like my Najee Harris pick and he very likely could be gone when we pick now.
29: R1 P29 OT Samuel Cosmi - Texas
Cosmi is an extremely athletic and above average run blocking tackle. Has the athletic ability to be a pro bowl LT but needs to refine blocking skill. But he plays angry, is a natural knee bender, and can move.
61: R2 P29 TE Pat Freiermuth - Penn State
Ebron might be one and done in the Steel city. Vance has a 5.2 million option the Steelers can pick up for 2021. Either way both won’t be back in 2021 and neither are likely there in 2022. Freiermuth had a down season as did Penn State but his 2019 tape is good and imo is a lot like McDonald as he’s a complete TE. He can pass protect, inline run block, or go out on a route.
92: R3 P28 LB Joseph Ossai - Texas
Dupree likely isn’t coming back in 2021 and Highsmith has a good motor but I feel competition is needed here. Ossai is raw but athletic and has a great motor. I feel he at very least gets into the rotation.
131: R4 P29 DL Dante Stills - West Virginia
Stills is an undersized DT who’s best bet for the NFL is to play DE in the 3-4. Lots of production and has played all throughout the line.
138: R4 P36 DB Ar'Darius Washington - TCU
I don’t think Hilton comes back. I feel the team signs Sutton for less and he plays slot until Haden retires and moves to the outside. I feel Washington plays a lot like Hilton and after a season he moves to the slot. He can blitz, flip his hips and run, come up in run support, just is only 5-8 180lbs.
202: R6 P23 RB Master Teague - Ohio State
If not for an injury Teague would have been the primary ball carrier for the buckeyes this year. He is an angry downhill runner who has bigger play abilities than his numbers indicate. I feel Conner is gone or comes back cheap. If Conner leaves Snell starts and Teague likely gets the backup role.
244: R7 P22 WR Tutu Atwell - Louisville
Tutu is lightening in a bottle. Big play guy who can beat you over the top or take a 5 yard slant to the house. Slight stature has him fall as he’s 5-9 165lbs.
248: R7 P26 OL D'Ante Smith - East Carolina
Smith played LT but I feel LG or possibly OC is his future. Nimble feet and build is much more suited for interior.
