Flacco Out for Season

Saw his lineman cream his leg. He was limping but it didn't seem that bad.

I'm not saying this at scstillerfan's post but I can never cheer on an injury....never. What I am happy about is that they won today and moved down the draft pick list.

Just watched Harbaugh's presser and he said out for season. That's too bad. Hate to see anyone get injured and end their season. Forsett has broken arm and most likely out for season as well even though he didn't say so.

Not only that, but depending how bad the ACL was damaged, that could be a lengthy recovery.

Will he be ready by the start of next season?

Theres a chance they could put pins in Forsetts arm and he could be back in a few weeks. but those are nasty breaks they can mess up ligaments etc.

That is too bad. Tough year for the Rats and now to lose their franchise QB and running back on the same day. Too pricy of a win. I always want the Steelers to face teams head on. Their best on the field versus our best. I know it's the nature of the game and sometimes I would love to see a douche bag get creamed, but still never want to see guys out like that. Unless their name is Tom Brady of course. **** him!

Ravens got some tough breaks and hope the best for both players. I know guys are coming back faster and faster from ACL injuries, so you'd think Flacco would have a chance to be ready for the start of the season.

need to find two wins out of a very tough 4 weeks (Sea, Ind, Bengals, Broncos). Ravens and Cleavland should be easy games in the last two.

Flacco tore his anterior cruciate ligament and possibly the medial collateral ligament as well in his left knee on the first play of the final drive, when backup left tackle James Hurst accidentally rolled up on him. He handed off on the next two plays while hobbling and spiked the ball to stop the clock for Justin Tucker's 47-yard field goal.

So Flacco handed the ball off on he next two plays afterwards.......that couldn't of helped it.

So now we have to face Matt Schaub. I am not sure if that is good or bad?

All in all, Flacco has been pretty durable. Saying that, was it with playing the Rams that both of our QBs got significant leg injuries. I realize it's a coincidence, but still weird.

As much as I hate the Rats, I hate to see injuries, especially injuries as bad as Flacco's knee and Forsett's arm. Hope they both recover fast and that they don't have any setbacks.

What would the rats do with a very high pick? LT? WR? OLB? K?

trade it to Cleveland for first round picks in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.

WR as it didn't work at well for them this last draft.

but knowing they usually pick well a LT for value

or a pass rusher to replace Suggs.

I don't think Flacco had ever missed a game coming into this year. It's really been a tough year for some of the better qbs in the league.

I remember getting all pumped up watching the intro to The Six Million Dollar Man. I liked the sound effects when he looked through his bionic eye.
