Why would you if you can’t block and the defense knows it’s coming. We cannot block.

Was Hawkins dressed 1st I would of went jumbo with a extra ot as a ot and ebron chip and Vance incline go right of Dotson
 
I thought Snell was the savior of the running game last week. Conner had 5 rushes for 20 yards and one of them was for 12 yards that my 9yr old daughter could have ran through. Of course Snell had 6 rushes for 0 yards. So our RBs had 11 rushes for 20 yards today. That tells me that it is not the RBs. I do not think there is much difference between Snell and Conner rushing. Conner is a better receiver though and he had a decent receiving game. Without getting our line sorted out I think its hard to tell what we have RB wise exactly.
 
Have you watched this team in short yardage this year? Not even mad they didn’t run the ball. Would have been a wasted attempt IMO.

It’s the run blocking, the fact that defenses see the runs before they happen, and not enough stretch plays over the last month to loosen up the running game. I’m not sure this line can ever run block well in goal line situations where the whole world knows it’s coming and all 11 defenders are condensed in tight. We had the TD to Claypool, just a bad drop there and we also had a hold on Ebron.

Yep...and you know what would have happened? Our guys simply can't run block well. We could put 15 OL players out there and still run for a loss.
