Up first, TJ Watt.

Watt shows strong hands, the ability to shift his body while moving or fight off blocks and good motor. The speed is competitive, not elite. He's not a pure edge speed rusher with a burst around the corner like say Porter was, but seems somewhat similar to Kevin Greene's pin ball like pass rushing approach.

For a pass rusher, Watt is pretty strong and active vs the run ( 63 tackles in 14 games ) , with extra splash play ability to swat down passes ( 4 last season ), and some hitting ability to force fumbles ( 2 last season ).

******* sad thread. you can't create a thread and not parrot from another site?

there are sites out there that have actual game film and not highlights. though when you make your complete analysis off highlights you see from the time you ask your bartender for a beer to when it gets in your hand, you're limited in your assessment.

again... ******* sad, sad thread.

Second WR John Ross, a player I would take in round one. Ross is not only incredibly fast, he has good balance and moves to complaint what could be the fastest man to play in the NFL in decades.

His college QB under throws him at times, but with Ben, that would not be a problem.

Ross fits as out outside or slot receiver, who will command respect, and as a top level kickoff man.

It must be boring in " Trampa ", FL

The thoughts are my own, and I provided a link. If you want a full game film, post it as see who watches it.

by his own thoughts he means stuff he read elsewhere and is parroting here....

OP Del provided a link where yinz can watch game footage of a player, wouldn't that be better than a few plays thrown onto youtube?

a wideout in RD 1 after signing Brown to that massive contract? I would not do so. Gotta fix the defense.

from NFL.com

Ross is an instant-impact weapon who scored 23 touchdowns in just 112 touches. He should be able to step right in as a kick returner and a slot receiver, but teams with speed at tight end might utilize him outside to create extreme vertical stress on opposing safeties. If his knees check out as healthy, Ross is a likely first-round pick with the rare ability to become a high-volume slot receiver or a lesser-targeted, high-yield deep-ball threat.

Ross will likely be selected by pick #21, but if he's there, he could really be a difference maker on out team with Ben, the OL, and the other weapons. Ross is a dynamite kickoff return man, very dangerous in the slot, and has the deep speed to burn just about ANY NFL DB on post routes, go route and post / corner routes.

Pair him with the best deep thrower in the NFL, and you'd have something special.

My $.02
