Falcons lose 5th round pick for piping in noise

The penalty to the Falcons seems pretty light in my opinion.

I understand it was found that a "rogue employee" was doing this and neither the GM or owner knew about it or approved it, but it's still their team, under their watch.

The guy supposedly did this for almost every home game (including a playoff game I think in 2012) and the only penalty is a 5th round pick?

It a cost/benefit analysis, if I was a dome team I might SPEND a 5th round pick to jack up the noise level 5-10 decibiles.

The Falcons should trade their 5th and 6th round pick for a really late 4th round pick.

The colts were the worst. Right before the play started a tornado swarm of noise would well up and envelope the stadium.
