October has not started off well for New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.

We're used to the second-year wideout being on the receiving end of passes, but now he's hauling in scrutiny after video appeared of him punching Buffalo Bills safety Duke Williams in New York's Week 4 victory.

The NFL has fined the LSU product $8,681 for the strike, which he was not penalized for, according to NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport, per a source.

Beckham plans to appeal the fine, via the New York Post.

"It's tough to walk the line" between aggression and retaliation especially "when they target you," Beckham said, per the New York Daily News.

Several Bills defensive players accused Beckham of throwing punches and acting in an unsportsmanlike manner after the Week 4 game. But the Giants receiver seems unfazed by the claims.

"I'm not that worried about it," Beckham said. "Controlling my emotions is not my concern."

While Beckham is not concerned, he should be mindful of his reputation around the league being that it's just his second year. He's already well known for his playmaking ability, but the wideout doesn't want to be recognized as a dirty player.

Peyton Manning. Most overrated player of all-time. Stat-padding, volume player that has consistently choked in the playoffs and was carried to a ring by the sudden emergence of his 32nd-ranked D in the playoffs. It's been well documented that he's a **** to his teammates mid-game and he threw his OL under the bus after we upset them in '05. **** that six-headed mofo.

Suggs, followed by Flacco. But both pale in comparison to my hate for Brady.

Peyton's a **** to his teammates? Ooookkkkk...

For me its Julian Edelman. I cant stand him, I wanna see that little **** bleed

Yup, that's pretty much it for me as well, though with Suggs out Flacco jumps ahead of him. Not a big fan of any Patriot, Brown, Bengal or Raven. That goes for coaches, players and fans.

Romo. Or maybe it's just the constant slobbering over and excuses made for someone who's never really done anything.

I just realized Br*dy is on a whole other level. I think the only player I've ever despised as much is Ray Ray. There are a number that I don't care for (Suggs, Flacco and Cutler are all up there), but none come close to matching the disdain I have for that overhyped, cheating POS in NE.

It use to be rayray, he is still a ******** and will remain in the top group of disdaned players. He was #1 at one time. NOW it is t*mmyb*y. He by far is #1. If he went down, in a lot of pain, it wouldn't make me feel bad (other than the human compassion factor). Rodgers / Manning / Manning / Suggs / Flacco / all are included just one step down from the top. Billicheat is absolutely the number one disliked coach. NE franchise worse in all of sports at any level, including ameture.

Salute the nation

Former players would be a long list.

One current player? RG3. He blames his team for his own problems.

Do they have to be active?

Didn't have much use for Bill Romonowski, I respect Terrell Suggs as a player, but not so much as a human being. I never liked Ray Lewis, despite his ability to make plays. He was much better at propagandizing his ability to make plays than actually making them.

However, I don't think anybody questions my all consuming hatred for Tom Brady. In my opinion, Brady Bellichik, and Kraft represent all that is wrong with corporate sports. (And I don't give a **** if I spell his name correctly or not...)

John Harbaugh as a coach without question and it makes no difference what team he had, does or will coach

Players: Edleman and Gronk, just have that Brady doucheness to them

Never liked Steve Smith since he has been in league and he replaced Ray Rice, hate that little ******

After our game with the Pats** I'd have to say WR Julian Edelman.

Cry baby Terrell "that's my teammate, that's my quarterback!" Owens and yuck mouth Chad Johnson. I also hate Sharpe, Irvin, Sapp, Chris Carter & Pee-on Sanders as analyst.

Can't stand Peyton Manning...dude isn't all that great, yet gets the media slobbering all over him. Brady is twice the QB Manning ever thought about being.

-Flacco & Suggs for obvious reasons
-Wes Welker and Julian Edelman - total overrated system players
-Manny Sanders for being totally underwhelming here and then becoming a monster with Peyton throwing to him
