I must say the man is impressive of the field and seems to know a lot about the defense on it. I have not been impressed with the linebackers usage this season. Maybe Shazier would be an upgrade over Porter and Olsavsky?

No, we need pro-grade players on defense.

Love the guy. Pray for him a lot. Super wish he could play again, but coaching material I’m not real sure.

Nice guy, but we need “pro-grade”.

Does he have coaching experience on his resume?

Maybe Timmons or Gildon could coach.... :)

Nope...the only exposure to professional schemes he has learned was under Butler and Tomlin so he's already tainted. Wish nothing but the best for him, he's a special guy....just don't want him running the show.

He proved he could play. He has not proven he can coach. With no coaching experience he could start at the high school level.

What is this end of year ****? ravens haven't played today yet.

Shazier is a well-spoken team guy. Guys on the team respect him. I think if he wanted to, he could be a coaching intern next season.

Timmons went AWOL as a player. Porter is too immature to be a coach, and he never struck me as a smart type of player.

Bowles is getting canned by the Jets... his phone should be ringing already to potentially bring him in as DC
