Seems a little goofy to me, not real trusting with the ball. Any worries?

He made the terrible comments about the fans, but kinda redeemed himself last week with some nice plays. He was doing well today then decided to **** the bed. I dont think its quite time to worry yet

Definitely worried about him as we get into the latter part of the season.

I'm only concerned about his "FAN" assesment. I hope he grows to realize his mistake as he's never had a fan base as GREAT as the BLACK & GOLD.

AS for his dropsies, time will tell but he should work the JUGGS,...... Religiously .

Salute the nation

Ebron just needs to be comfortable with his role. He doesn't need to be the man, he just needs to make plays. He's getting there, but he does have a great skillset, and it is leaving our WRs 1 on 1 on the edges. I.e. Claypool got to feast when he came across the middle.

Ebron had a history of dropped balls before Pittsburgh. To his credit, he's not dropped more than a couple this season if my mind serves. I'm hoping today was just an off day. He wasn't "bad" per se, given his body of work on the season.

To date prior to this game he's had 14 targets, 9 receptions, 1 TD with a 64% catch percentage. Today he had another 5 receptions for 43 yards, so 14 total receptions, 156 yards and a TD. I think today was his first turnover/fumble?

He isn't on the AFC list of receivers with drops

After his comments towards the fans. **** that guy.
Aside as long as he’s on the field I hope he keeps the chains moving.

As a person. **** him.
As a Steelers TE. Improve and help the team

He has a presence in the middle of the field that we have missed since Heath Miller retired and probably since McDonald got hurt two years ago. When we have a TE who can command attention in the middle of the field it will open up our WR playmakers. We were able to exploit this yesterday and I think we will continue to exploit it as Ebron and Ben build their relationship. Yeah we hate to see fumbles of any kind. Wrap the ball up big fella and lets put these games away.

I'm still trying to determine the one skill set that sets him apart...

Not seeing it at the moment..

He isn't the type to make you want to run out and buy his jersey, but he can help this team. As was mentioned he was on display some good mixed in with some not so good.

I think he will overall be an asset as far as creating mismatches.

Everybody just calm down...

Dude moves like a wide receiver & speeds up the whole receiving corp.

Thanks, Steve!!

get him some StickEm and he'll be fine. He has one job, catch the ball. Ok, two jobs, to hold onto it, as well.

I think you guys are stuck on his fumble (which was a good defensive play) and his incompletion that was incorrectly ruled an INT by a terrible officiating squad.

He was a security blanket for Ben. Had the first 3rd down conversion with a man draped on him. Made tough plays in traffic. Plus moving him around the LOS pre snap is killing defenses. Clapool's last TD was an audible by Ben, he moved Ebron to the right side with Washington and put Claypool in Ebron's spot. Claypool never ran from the standing TE slot before, and he hauls in a 35 yd TD. Claypool went and asked Ebron if what he was supposed to do was right, before the snap.

Ebron is a team player here, he's got receiver skills that bring a lot of attention, to free up our other weapons. Great to have him, and he's by far the most versatile receiving TE we have had to date.
