Sounds like a good hire. Pretty cool that he coached Hines Ward at Ga too.

As much as I liked Hines. I'm glad we didn't hire him. Brining in a tenured coach is exactly what this team needed to do.

Ben and Hines didn't like each other. Hines once said he wasn't a good team mate.

That was a long *** time ago, and since then, Hines has interned during OTA's and training camp, and if you ******* paid attention, was on the sidelines COACHING during the Jax game...

Maybe Hines turned it down. Career in broadcasting and freedom to come and go as a player coach might be what he wanted. IDK, and really don’t care. Drake is a good pick up.

Maybe if flames shot out my ***, I could self ignite my oven.

For the love of got damn it man. Maybe he wasn't offered the job because they went with more experience.

How bou dat.

Flex schedules, no accountability..Hell they probably have the freedom to coach from home for all we know...What could be better?

I doubt Hines was even offered the JOB. The steelers know whT THEY ARE AFTER unless it's a head coaching gig. I hope that Hines continues to contribute but this new hire seems to have it in all aspects of the WR game.
