some of those #2s played passed the changing of our QBs

Also some of those same #2s may be working at Home Depot next week as well………..

Forgive me if I'm not impressed with Rudolph's 43.8 QB rating against Carolina's 2s who will probably still be in the NFL next week. While he was playing behind the Steelers' starting offensive line, no less.
 
I'd consider putting Rudolph out there for a trade. Not going to happen, but I'd test the waters to see who might be interested. Rudolph is a career backup, but he's still better than many of the #2 guys on other teams.

I would put Howard on IR to start the season and keep both Rudy and Skylar.
If anything happens to AR, they are going g to go into turtle mode on off. Anyway

This doesn’t bother me a bit, probably more risk than reward in putting him out there.

Plus, 3 drives at the absolutely MAXIMUM is going to do nothing for his readiness to week 1.

Think that join practice with the Bucs was probably his preseason work, which sounded like went well for him.

Because Ayahuasca A-Ron will put up 40 in the first 3 Qs for the next few weeks, it should provide some mop-up action for both.

The real question is when Howard does come off IR, who gets chopped? Hopefully no one will care because the Steelers are 8-0 and Mr. Rodgers becomes more popular than Mr. Rogers.
