Forgot the play but was early in the game. New England has the ball and Uggs model throws a ball that everyone at my viewing location said was tipped. (was too loud to hear actual broadcast.) I didnt see it that way, and then the replay confirmed my thoughts....The Uggs model basically had the ball slip out of his hands.
I immediately thought, that is the kind of thing that literally could've happened a hundred times this year if the Patriots played with properly inflated footballs.
So when considering delflate gate, it made no difference in who represented the AFC in the Super Bowl based on the AFCC, but in the long run, how many completetions/TDs were thrown that may have just quacked their way to the turf throughout the season if the balls were inflated to their proper weight?
They won. Screw em. Hated them before, nothing has changed that.
