I made a joke about his Madden Ranking and I got to think what his PFF ranking was. Now first off I don't have any idea how they come up with numbers or what their validity us. However, he got a 34 score and was like 80 something out of 100 linebackers. I don't cut him now. I give him an off season to see what he can do. But if he looks anything and I mean anything like last year. He shouldn't survive the first cut. Anything else is a terrible message to send to the team.

82/87 ILBs. Recovering from an injury or not, a top-10 draft pick should be able to outperform guys like Robert Spillane even on their worst day.

They will give him some wiggle room. But I think his leash should be short. Probably won't get that 5th year option. That was floating around recently as a possibility... But will it be short? Green makes me think... probably not.

While I never thought Bush was amazing, he definitely was much better before the injury. He was at least solid. Since then he's flat out been a liability. One wonders if there is any credence to the theory that he's just trying to get released so he can land a decent FA contract.

Arguing against that is the fact that he played SO badly last year that most teams would probably not be willing to give him too big of a deal until he proves himself.

Wouldn't living up to your hype and playing like a stud get you a monster deal? The Steelers pay their superstars very well and they are often one of the highest, if not the highest, paid at their respective positions.

As I said... arguing AGAINST the conspiracy theory... /\

I just think it is two fold. He is thinking about the injury, it is in his head. Maybe he has some re-injury phobia...I think his speed/burst isn't back and could potentially return.

It was more of the idea that in what would would anyone think Bush would benefit from that? I guess too many Harrison, Blount, Ingram, AB moments on guys wanting out.

Uncle Jarvis, sit Deebo. Terrible message to the team.
Edmunds Still playing. No real competition brought in. Terrible message to the team.
Say what you want , but i dont think anyone ever hears of Bud Dupree again.
Draft a late round punter.. Cut old punter. New punter sucks. Replacement comes in ,, AWESOME..
Meh put old punter back in, cut the replacement. Terrible message to send to the team.

Draft Center, Rookie starting over Vets. Rookie sucks.. Leave him in there.. He gets replaced due to injury, instant improvement in blocking. Nothing said/ done..

We all see Bush sucks. If it were his knees fault,, he wojuldnt be on the field. Honestly Bince would have been better to have in there this year..

The best hope is he gets a full off season and a new regime. If he couldn't football train last off season it would explain some. He is a small guy for that gig. No way he jaked it. Who thebfuck would want to sign the 80 something ranked linebacker to a long term deal. If the Steelers take his option they would need their heads examined. Only hope for him is a good offseason and a monster nose in front of him.
