now i'm reading that not only do the broncos want to interview munchak, the dolphins and packers do, too. at this point, i'd be shocked if he stuck around. sigh.. . .

I wouldn't worry about that.

He spent 12 season playing for the Houston Oilers, poster children for dysfunction. Even the owner (Bud Adams) was wacked.

Munch handled it all quite well, and even joked about it. This is NBD to him, although I'm sure guys like Brown would pipe down.

The STEELERS can NOT deny him because the interview is for a higher position than he currently is in. That doesn't mean Munch can't decline the interview but the STEELERS can not hold him back. They can offer munch a package that will keep him here but I'd only want him in OL coach position. I'd chance finding a lot better head coach if that is the steelers thinking.
