She was ordered out of her car by law enforcement. (most rational pepoze do be comply with this order)
She refused
An officer clearly walked around her car and she acknowledged his presence
She was ordered out of her car again, and refused
A second officer attempted to detain her by opening her car door (likely the one demanding she exit her vehicle)
She again refused this lawful order
She chose to put the vehicle in drive
She was fully aware of the situation SHE created
She hit/bumped the first office who was standing quite pfucking literally in front of her

** side note - any rational and logical person would not attempt to move a vehicle when being ordered out of the vehicle while a law enforcement officer is standing next to it with another in front of it **

when she hit/bumped the law enforcement officer, he reacted as he has/had been trained to do.

When he was physically bumped by the vehicle, he likely lost his balance, which is why the phone camera moved. This is simple physics as the vehicle vastly outweighed the officer.
