DeCastro Criticizes Steelers For Focusing on Patriots

Maybe DDC should've told somebody to stfu before the game...not after.

Maybe the Head Coach should have told people to shut the **** up all damn season long.

It's funny how the head coach has zero responsibility on this team, the play calling, the preparation, in game adjustments, locker room culture, it doesn't matter, he has no responsibility.
Of course when your head coach is talking about a NE game that's a few weeks down the road, then talking about how we'd play the again in the playoffs, why wouldn't some players think it's ok?

I agree with David. Keep your mouth shut & do your talking on the field.
Even the Jags players were criticizing the Steelers for overlooking them.
LOL
"All hat and no cattle" as my Daddy used to say along with "heap big smoke.. no flame"

That’s generally what you expect from the veterans on the team. That’s why you always hear about “locker room guys.”

You think Belichick leaves it up to his veterans? It is a culture that is started by the top dog and flows down hill.

If as Ramon Foster said, we practiced TWO WEEKS for the Jags and that is the effort we put out there. That alone makes me want to see one or both coordinators replaced. The effort, especially on the defensive side of the ball was piss poor. They were clearly out game planned.

Two weeks and that was the **** show they started with...hahaha. Yeah I'd be firing people.

Yea, that makes it even worse. Two weeks prep to be Swiss Cheese D and it's not like Jax has Rodgers, Brees or Brady. They are solid, but not a HOF worthy, high-powered offense. Sad.

I would let Butler go, but he probably will be retained because he lost his middle linebacker and had to run a patchwork D out there with a LB that was on the couch. Somewhere, giving up 38 points to Jax at home, after a bye should be alarming and costly.

I have been seeing this the last several years. Since Mikey Sunglasses has really put his stamp on the team. I kept pointing out that well coached teams focus on the game that's in front of them and not the game that's next week. I was labeled a "hater". But now players are saying the same things. Well this game Mikey Sunglasses only had spit frozen in his beard, at least he didn't step on the field and interfere with a play and cost us draft picks. The guy is Bushleague an he needs to go.

Coach needs to start a Clown Show thread.

Those same Jags players that were crying about the Steelers overlooking them are now talking about winning the Super Bowl.

Oh no!..William and Mary won't do....

Even Ray Fittapaldi is calling for Tomlin to get fired. Saying his speaking about beating the Pats in the playoffs is a fireable offense. Great to see the local media finally seeing the moron for what he has always been.

Looks like Ray is a closet poster on this site. If you “blowing up” a 13-3 team is conceding any potential championships for the immediate future. No doubt there needs to be a few strategic changes, but you don’t launch a rebuilding effort when you’re this close.

Tomlin will never win a SB here, so what is the point. Bring in a new HC with the talent this team has and within a year we could have #7.

savran did say two years ago the steelers were the most immature team he's ever been around. james statement for cool shades best quality is he's one of the guys. enough said its all there, now what are they going to do about it

They have a tough task at hand. I will liken it to raising a child...fixing a child that is a brat is a lot more difficult than raising a child right from the start. It is hard to correct bad behavior and it is much easier to never allow it from day one. Tomlin has allowed this to become a 3 ring circus...not really sure how you try to corral all of the egos on this team and and get the paradigm back to team first and not me first. I doubt Tomlin can do it as once you give a mile it is hard to make it only an inch in the future.

Yep. I think the lack of discipline has become more obvious this year. I got the impression he ran a tighter ship, but maybe not so much.

I have not fallen off the Tomlin bandwagon yet, but I do think changes are in order. It remains to be seen whether he can make them happen. Hopefully, the Rooney’s will give him that charge in their end of year meeting.

Steelers are Jags *******

Fire Tomlin

Piss ant defense gave up 45 ******* points to Blake ******* Bortles, fire Butler too.

this.....I know we don't have the greatest players on d, but, a good coordinator could have come up with schemes to make negligible our lack of talent.
