Dad reacts to the ratbird game

Lol just watched this. It's amazing how much this dude captures the essence of being a Steelers fan. I showed one of these recent ones to my gf who knows nothing about football or Pittsburgh culture, and she laughed because of how much I sound like him when I watch games

Pretty much my reaction as well. The games have been an epic roller coaster of nail biting drama. It's high stress entertainment...haha

google something purple and tell me what comes up... Prince? I can't use him that is insensitive he's dead. Kinda like your playoff hopes, goodbye.

:Cry::lol:

He has said that this is basically a caricature of his Dad, which makes it even funnier.

Probably my favorite Pittsburghese word the uses is: Anyhows......pronounced Anyhahs.

As in: "Yinz ain't gonna win the game anyhahs." Cracks me up every time.

I live in Beaver County where there is some Pittsburghese but my dad is originally from Brentwood in the South Hills and still says "warsh" (wash).

My roommate said he sounds like me during the game

TOTALLY awesome / funny as hell / creative / and down home to boot. LOVE it and you don't have to be from PITTSBURGH to do so.

Steeltime's dad believes our nation's capitol is "Warshington, D.C."

I had the same thought early about finally having a relaxing game.....but never turned the lights out to watch in the dark.....

I think at that exact moment in the 4th quarter, I said something like "well thats it. I ******* hate football."

But I didn't turn the lights out either.
