College Football Week 14

Two up the gut runs....ultra conservative with Bama having 2 TO's and 2 minutes of clock.

Auburn probably did Bama a favor by keeping them out of the playoff. They would get killed by any of the top 4 teams.

Like I've said before, the SEC has more than 1 team capable of winning the SEC or the national championship. In the big ten it's just one team. OSU is all they have. LSU has a chance this year because they beat Bama, Auburn, Florida, and Texas. If they win the SEC they'll beat Georgia on top of that. This is why the SEC is so good. It isn't just one dominant team and then a bunch of teams that can't win a NC.

Sounds to me that’s why LSU is so good. I don’t think SEC has more than one team capable of winning it this year. Not Bama with that defense, Auburn lost three times, Texas pretty much sucks this year and I will admit, I haven’t seen much of Florida this year. And Georgia isn’t super impressive, but they keep winning. I think the NC this year will be LSU and Clemson. Maybe Ohio State, depending on who they draw first. If they remain the #1 seed, and I’m not sure they will if both OSU and LSU win their conference titles. LSU has the much tougher championship game, no question. If it holds, I think you get the Big 10, SEC, ACC and PAC 12 Champions. If either LSU or OSU loses their championship game, you get chaos. Even more chaos if they both lose.

So basically you're saying the SEC sucks and LSU schedule wasn't that tough? Ok. OSU's schedule isn't any better. Tell me who has a tougher schedule?

Fact is nobody in the big 10 outside of OSU is winning a NC... they haven't won a NC since the 80s that I can remember. The SEC has several teams that have won it in the 2000s.

How did you get “the SEC sucks” out of what I wrote? Or that anyone other than OSU could win a title for the big 10? I did say Texas sucks. They do. And if you read what I wrote, I said THIS YEAR. After LSU there is a drop off. Yes they are good football teams. NC caliber? Depends who else is in it I guess. Forgive me if I am not as impressed with the SEC the way SEC fans and ESPN are. I have said here multiple times they are the best conference. Not my fault you get butt hurt any time someone has something critical to say about the SEC.

because you dared to say something that wasn't glowing and positive and that's the same as saying the SEC sucks. Just look at the SEC fans posts. They think the SEC is the only conference that has tough games. So Bama did not beat a ranked team this year (save that TAM nonsense) yet they feel Bama played a tougher schedule than Ohio State.

They don't think any team every plays anybody other than SEC teams. There may have been some years in the past where the SEC was much better but it hasn't been that way for the last few seasons and they still can't grasp that. What a coincidence that the SEC run of dominance ended after the practice of oversigning ended.
