Good for Cobi but he isn't a STEELERS any more so I could care less. A-N-D what's up with AYERS???? He could still be a STEELERS player and at least have a shot down the road.

Belichick was singing Ayers' praises a few days ago. So he's probably close to being elevated to their 53.

Numbers of dropped passes? The kid should never have been on our active roster. Injuries and Bryant's suspension were the only reason he played. And IMO, he just wasn't NFL material. Ran the wrong routes, dropped balls. He was used properly but sucked.

I don't think AYERS even suited up for the AFCCG due to injury. Coolie can verify my crappy memory.

at the time ayers was reported to be a healthy inactive that day....it came out later that he had to have groin surgery....

What does that have to do with his individual performance being below the line? Hamilton is a borderline roster player and should never be in uniform for a team playing in the AFC Championship game. With that said, I hope he has a long career and has some success in Houston.
He was a practice squad guy elevated to the main roster and it clearly showed in his poor performances.
