Godell is mad at the Pats, so someone has to pay the price. They're actually talking fines, suspensions, and lost draft picks for Cleveland.

What's the texting thing? Dont' even know what's going on here. I know about Atlanta but I don't know what the Browns did.
You notice how fast God-Del has acted on the Browns and Atlanta yet his mouth is closed on his buddies in new England. We all know as long as the press stayed on the air balls that something was there, yet God-del once more lets his chosen one slide by. We all know why Lynch ( wrong hat) and the drop pants acts in the Super bowl were not fined, so once again he does not have to act on the darlings of the East. God-del's inconsistency in his actions is such a turn off, he should be happy there is Fantasy Football to keep interest of fans up.
Man, that's rough.
You have to respect those fans. Those people are loyal to a fault man. You talk about Stockholm Syndrome.
A year ago, Haslam could have been sitting on two-first round picks, two second-round picks (had he allowed the Gordon trade), and two third-round picks, plus $55M in cap space, and a front office that was very high on Bridgewater and Odell Beckham, Jr
that's the part that stings the most for them
This is why they are the Browns. Bridgewater and Beckham in round one and everything else in the draft is just a bonus. With the talent they have on the offensive line, you would have had an offense that would carry the team for a lot of success for the next five to seven years at the least.
The culture in the Browns building is toxic, I'm told. Morale is beyond low. If you can flee, you are fleeing. There is no shortage of individuals throughout that organization who would, like former offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan, get the hell out of there if at all possible. There's an overwhelming sense of dread"Jimmy is way too hands on," said one team source. "He's like Jerry Jones, only without the football knowledge. There's tension between Alec and Pettine. Everybody sees that. Alec is involved in everything; it's too much for him. There are no divisions. The guys on the business side want to run football operations. The GM wants to coach the team and have input on play calling. Jimmy calls the shots, and everyone is afraid of him with that quick trigger finger. If you stand up to Jimmy, he's done with you. Jimmy's own worst enemy is Jimmy."
How bad is THAT???Jimmy is way too hands on," said one team source. "He's like Jerry Jones, only without the football knowledge.
