Clowney on the trading block!!! Coolie - get on your horse, man!!!

I'll telegraph Janice McNair and get a deal done

Would that be "Mental telepathy" or the "old west" single wire tap type method ?

heard about this several days ago. He's done in Houston

That's one I missed. I watched him at SC and he was unblockable at times. I've seen him triple teamed before. He almost decapitated a RB for Michigan in the bowl game one year. I thought he'd be a great player for Houston.

I hear he didn't sign his tag yet?

Send them Cleveland's two number one picks.

ATTENTION coach Clowney can NOT be traded until he signs his "tag" contract. NO if's and's or butt's

We can trade for him, rip the old contract up, have him sign for minimum and front load it with the $25 mil we saved by cutting Antonio Brown and the $25 mil we saved by trading Lejean Bell. $50 mil up front and make that contract good for 3 years, when the salary cap goes up again. Then we can raise his salary and it won't impact us at all. But, Tomlin is too gun shy to admit that Durpee is a bus, so he won't have Colbert make this trade. I'd have drafted Clowney in the 4th round that year. Who would you have taken in the 9th round?

He’s lazy. He underachieved despite having JJ Watt to draw double teams. He only turned it on at contract time. I think he’ll go back to sleep once he gets paid.

Any trade would just be a one year rental. After that you'd need to be prepared to make him the highest paid defensive player in the league (or top 5 at worst). And he's done nothing to make that seem remotely sensible.

He'd look good in..............never mind.

Wait...Houston sends Clowney to Buffalo, Buffalo sends Oliver to Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh sends Bud and a bag of Tostitos to Houston.

Just don't send our Paqui One Chip Challenge chips to them. That is Steeler's lore and you don't trade that kind of history.
