I am sure the Rooney's would applaud such behavior but I would think most of us fans would frown at it. It's the white house it's the President if they invite you to it you say yes sir. I think Kraft is a big Trump fan so this could be funny to watch. Trade all six away to the Browns lol
 
Ungrateful punks. You may not have to agree with Trump's policies. But if the leader of the nation that allows you freedoms to express yourself and give you an opportunity to succeed at anything within this country; invites.

The operative part being "allows you the freedom to express yourself" That is exactly what they are doing.
 
They have every right to not attend. It is supposed to be an honor but if you don't feel that way. Why should you. Peezy didn't want to go when Bush was in office.

I'd rather they invite a group of law enforcement officers who excel at their jobs a few times a year instead of sports teams.

Not me, I wouldn't go but also I wouldn't make a big deal out of it either.

THESE players may really feel they shouldn't go due to their belief(s) but they are making it such a big production that a part of it is the bravado going with it. Kind of like 15minutes of fame so to speak. Freedom of expression also goes along with freedom of appreciation. Some have forgotten that this freedom of expression is a right that was paid for by many a many BLOOD. This country is a great country as long as the little piece is accounted for. So many are only looking at things to make themselves feel better or someone else feel bad thus satisfying their need to feel better. Self worth / respect / honesty / diplomacy are all things that society seems to be letting down.

Yes. Harrison didn't go both times the Steelers won the SB...neither under Bush or Obama. He had no agenda.

You mean the media needs to over-report the actions of a small group of people to make it seem like it's a majority. Just like they did with Kaepernick trying to make it seem like he was a hero that all of America was rooting for.
