Anyone ever heard where the NFL changes during the season, the officiating crew from one game to another. The NE patriots fans and I would guess the team has moaned and complained about the officials being after the Pats. So this week the officials that were to do the Steeler game will be changed to the Pats Eagle game. The fix is in for sure, after shady Brady and the judge pointed the fingers at Gödel and the NFL the league has continued to show hands off when it comes to dealings with NE. I have not noticed one player fined and now this. Just another brick in the wall how fans feel about Gödel and NE. As we al watched Brady slam base the officials Sunday and no fines how odd that now the officials have been changed. I have no feed for this, but read about it on Goggle. Any one ever heard of this before.

According to Pro Football Talk, Morelli and his crew have been taken off the Sunday night game between the Colts and the Steelers, a primetime game which will have a significant audience.

PFT insinuated the switch was due to the multiple errors made by the officials in Sunday’s game between the 49ers and Cardinals, but ESPN said a decision was made before that game.

Pete Morelli’s officiating crew has been pulled from its initial Week 13 assignment, according to ProFootballTalk .

The Patriots themselves had issues with the officials Sunday night in Denver with a few questionable penalties called against them and an issue with the clock in the final seconds, although Bill Belichick said Monday the clock was handled right, he just wished the communication was better.

There have been countless examples of teams getting screwed by bad calls from the Bills, to the Ravens, the Patriots, the Lions, you could probably find at least one egregious call for almost every team that has either directly cost them the game or at least put them severely behind the 8-ball at some point this season. I thought those refs sucked…. Don’t throw a flag for it. That’s what I’m sick of about this league. I’m not sure the spot was correct so we hurry up and run the ball and they’ve got 13 guys on the field. This is supposed to be a man’s game.

“With the exception of the referee, officiating crews are not announced publicly in advance of game day”, the league told CBS Sports in a statement.

Many of the NFL’s officiating problems in 2015 have stemmed from a lack of clarity in the rule book, but the failings of Morelli’s crew in Week 12 seemingly went beyond that. “Schedules change throughout the season for a variety of reasons, and we do not comment on why officials are assigned to specific games”.

One more.

Associated Press
NEW YORK -- The NFL has moved referee Pete Morelli's crew off the upcoming Sunday night game between Indianapolis and Pittsburgh.

Instead, the crew will work the afternoon game between the Eagles and Patriots.

Morelli's group was heavily criticized by both sides after the 49ers-Cardinals game Sunday. Arizona coach Bruce Arians said the officials "can't count to three."

There were a combined 20 penalties in the game. During Arizona's first series of the second half, San Francisco committed five penalties, including four pass interferences and an illegal hands to the face, as the Cardinals reached the end zone on their way to a 19-13 win.

The 49ers were flagged 13 times for 81 yards, including a costly roughing-the-passer flag on the winning drive.

"I'm not really too worried about getting fined -- I thought those refs sucked," 49ers left guard Alex Boone said in the locker room Sunday.

"If you don't like what we say, then don't like what we say -- don't throw a flag for it. That's what I'm sick about this league," he added. "This is supposed to be a man's game. Be a man. That's what pisses me off, because guys like that work in this league and work on that field, and we have to deal with it. Whatever."

On Oct. 12, side judge Rob Vernatchi from Morelli's crew was suspended for one game for not properly keeping track of the game clock in a Pittsburgh-San Diego game. At the time, the league said the error would impact the full-season evaluation of Morelli's crew.

Morelli was also the referee during last season's Lions-Cowboys playoff game in which a crucial pass interference penalty was overturned. The Lions punted after the sequence, and the Cowboys drove to the winning touchdown late in the fourth quarter. After the game, Morelli acknowledged he should have waited longer to announce the penalty. He also announced there was no penalty but never explained why the flag was picked up.

Morelli says "it probably would have been smoother if we got together."

There have been other controversies involving officiating this season. On Oct. 5, back judge Greg Wilson missed an end zone penalty in the final moments of Detroit's loss at Seattle. Wilson was reassigned from his next game and taken off the prime-time matchup of Patriots-Colts.

So in other words the Pats**** are getting a ref crew that sucks.

I still say the replacement refs weren't that bad. They were procedurally horrible, but they didn't blow any more calls than the NFL refs. Critics failed to notice that.

The fact that these part-timers who aren't very good at what they do could go on strike and make the NFL pay up is a crime.

So the *s are getting a ref crew that sucks. So are the Eagles. Who cares? If the NFL wanted to screw the *s through officiating, they could instruct any ref crew to do that. Lol @ the "poor us" mentality of *s fans. Everybody's been getting screwed by bad refs. Welcome to the real world. But of course if anything happens to the *s, then the league needs to make wholesale changes to accommodate them. Even if the same **** happens to everyone else. Go to hell New England

Refs are given their assignments 4 weeks at a time. Nothing beyond that until the 4th game in the list is over.
