Carbo Fiber Helmet Concept? Yea or Nay?

Its not terrible, but I'd rather the helmet be left alone

Edit: actually, the more i look at it the more i dislike it. It wouldve been ok had they kept the helmet black, without the pattern

So...what's the point ? Unless it's a real safety upgrade, it won't make a bit of difference to us. We would never be able to see it on TV or probably at the games either.
 
If it was all black, maybe. But the fake carbon fiber thing is cheesy.

And no thanks. Block numbers is the only change that the Steelers need and I am not a fan of them using throwbacks or alternate uniforms.

That's just it, it's not real carbon fiber, just the look. It's cheesy, just like those fake carbon fiber dashes people put on the interiors of their rice burners so they can pretend they're race car drivers.
 
Looks like crap, but since it has no substance and is only make believe it just might be the thing to adopt for Godells nfl.
 
...i got it. Leather flowerpot helmets! They really don't need helmets since it's all grabbing at the football for 5-7 yards. hmmm make that 11-14+ yards since we play so far off the football.
 
I'm growing tired of this flashy bullshit. Third uniforms in the NFL, new uniforms every ******* weekend in the college ranks outlandishly trying to one up one another, Facemasks that make DL look like Bain (Batman)...meanwhile the game is sliding into an abyss of confusing rules, inconsistant calls, scandals, blatant cheating going unpunished, and the harboring of women beaters and murderers. How about we all care less about fashion and more about what is happening to the ******* game, huh?

If you all are into fashion week on the E channel, by all means. Why dont one of you fashionistas write 'ol Rog and request that the replica jersey's be made with channel fabric? "oh, that polyester and cotten blend chafs me so"
