All morning by the talking heads. They are saying JuJu is a no good sob and Brown is classless for yelling Karma during a post game interview with JuJu. Yet they wont show clips of Burfict and the reasons for someone yelling Karma. Matt Hasselbeck can go **** himself.

Yeah, weird. Everybody in love with Pope Vontaze now. The needless Steeler hate empowers us all.

It's really unbelievable. Very, very strange. Clearly, a lot of Steelers haters out there.

Man, I would swear that Juju laid a block on one of the nicest, most loving guys to ever play football. Isn't Burfect the same guy who ended Lev's season twice(celebrated it), knocked AB out of the playoffs, has had sooo many cheap shots against different NFL teams. Suspended and fined numerous times.

He was mental in college and has only gotten worse through out his career.
It's also reported that Burfect jumped up off the cart as soon as it left the field, AB took just as hard of a hit on the TD catch and was fine.

Sorry, not sorry he got laid out on a pretty close to legal block. Juju stood over him, BIG DEAL. He was excited and playing in the heat of the moment. Get over it, just like we had to when we watched Burfect celebrate Lev's injury on the sideline.

Burfict's reputation precedes him. That said his on field actions have been apparently met with the approval of his coaches and the Bengals organization or somebody would have pulled him up to correct the problem long ago. I'm surprised Burfict hasn't had to sell his gold teeth to cover the fines leveled against him over the years!
Who knows maybe the moron would have been a better player had the Bungholes throttled his on field behavior?
Then again FAK Burfict, the jagoff.

Too bad none of the talking heads want to talk about Burfict snapping back to his thuggary immediately after JuJu's hit/taunt, and try to injure JuJu when he walks away by grabbing his lower leg and twisting.

There’s a simple explanation. Burfict presented himself as a Victim to the media. The media can’t resist victim identity politics.

The same will likely happen with Harvey Weinstein. He’ll come back after a year of laying low, then he’ll probably cry on 60 minutes and talk about how he was a victim of masculinity or some nonsense and he will be welcomed back.

The media is a joke in this country on every level. They can't even get sports right.

Sports Media

All these sports media places are absolutely drilling the Steelers players. I've never seen anything like it.
I'm listening to serius mad dog radio and this Steve Torre clown is saying he was disgusted with Ben's interview after the game with the woman on the field.
I'm not sure what Ben is suppose to say, he thought it was terrible because said "that's AFC North football." ESPN is also starting to turn their attention to Ben now for saying that. I've never seen media pounce on a team for these little things. The Juju hit, sure I can see that but good God this is unbelievable.

Meanwhile, they hardly spoke a word about Gronk's hit to the back on that guy's head.

you havent been paying attention to the political coverage for the past year.

guys on the local ESPN radio show...I don't know if it is national or not were talking about the hits and said while it may have been against the rules, it was not a dirty hit and like most here felt burthdefect had it coming. THey spoke about how violent the games between the two teams are and with the history of cheap shots burfect has taken against the steelers that he had that type of shot coming and that it was great that a wr knocked him out.....

ESPN played up and glorified the violence of the series before and during the game. Christ, they went back 35 years to Kieth Willis’ head twisting sack of Ken Anderson! And then Gruden is all “I hate this kind of football.” and shameful. Really? STFU!

I laugh at Gruden's disgust at "this kind" of football when he demanded and got the same performance from his teams ( Eagles Bucs Raiders). Even after the blind shot Warren Sapp gave to Clifton from the Packers, Gruden stated he saw nothing wrong with what Sapp did and reprimanded Coach Sherman for his profanity laced tirade directed at Sapp. What a hypocrite.

They'll forget about it once the new week of football starts. Just sucks we'll be without JJSS against Baltimore as a result

He actually went for JuJu's junk first and when he missed, he then went for the leg/ankle twist. Dirtiest SOB in the game by a mile.

Yep, i posted that in another thread. He punches up at JuJu and if he didn’t move, would have hit him right in the nuts.

Gruden was a clown last night in the way he was defending Burfict and praising him. The guys on ESPN and FS1 are pretty clueless. I haven't watched in months and they basically said Ben was barely average against Green Bay last week. Again, they are paid a lot of money to analyze games/share opinions and it's like they didn't even watch.

The media was obviously told to try to salvage Burfict's image. Why? I have no idea. There was just an article on ESPN"s website around Thursday about what a great guy Burfict is and how his aggressive play doesn't mean he's a jerk. Now on every major site/network they have been talking him up for the past 24 hours. It's a blatant collective effort.

A lot of Pittsburgh haters.
The media bashes the Pens.

Gruden had an obvious Cincy boner last night. I haven't paid attention to any talking heads after.

I always turn the sound off and listen to Bill and Tunch.

Some of these *** clowns defending the Bungles and Birthdefect want to show me any other games the Steelers are involved in where this goes on since they seem to think the Steelers are so dirty? Waiting.....

Just like the personal foul against Bell where Birthdefect grabbed Bell first and was pulling him around, yet it ends up being Bells fault.

They still have their panties in a wad about what they think is the dirtiest play in football history last year. You know...the one where Shazier and Giovanno Bernard both lowered their heads and hit head on and Bernard fumbled. They cannot understand that Bernard had as much to do with it as Shazier because they are too idiotic to realize that when an offensive player drops his head at contact it's likely going to result in a helmet to helmet. Of course nobody ever accused Bengal fans of being smart.
