You'd have to assume with 9 games to go the answer is yes, but it hasn't happened so far.
While the offense has scored 28 points or more five times in seven games, ( going 4-1 in games where we score 28 points or more ), the defense and special teams have not been enough to produce a win when the offense produces 20 points or less. This has to change.
I like what I have seen out of the pass rush, and use of the ILB's for situational football lately. The defense can improve. Its time for Heyward to step up and play at the level he's capable of while Edmunds and Burnett become more acclimated with the defense for a playoff run.
