No Asante Samuel Jr or MVS this week, barring a last minute add to the 53, the called up DB D'Shawn Jamison and linebacker Mark Robinson instead

Guess that train was moving too fast

This game is extremely important. The Bengals get Brittle Burrow back in two or 3 weeks... lose this and they are one game behind us with the tiebreaker clinched... win this and we are 3 games up on them and ahead in the tiebreakers.

Holcomb has been sick for 3 weeks straight. I'm concerned about that...

I'd cut Trice for good since he's doing nothing for the team.

Samuel needs to get his tiny self in gear and jump on the train!!!
 
If they play 10 yards off the bungles top two receivers again,it's going to be a long day.

Be in the places Joe Blow likes to go with the ball the most.

Cover the te..lol.

That big old hole in the middle of the field is still a massive problem. It's been around for a long time. All who enter catch passes comfortably.


The Steelers offense has no tempo,timing and no clear plan,well other than playing it super duper safe all of the time.

There's no scripting ever. If something is working they immediately do the opposite.

I wonder what new way of doing exactly the same thing over and over again they'll do today.

Whatever happens today,next week will be the opposite.

Can't press either WR... the key is immediate pressure right in Bert's face...
 
Looking at the standings, the Steelers will likely need to win the division to make the playoffs, they aren’t going to make it as a wildcard. These are the teams they would have to beat out for a wildcard:

NE or Buff
KC, Den or LAC

KC is the only one of those teams that currently doesn’t have a better record than the Steelers. The Steelers own the tiebreaker over NE, but NE currently has 2 less losses and 4 more wins.

That won't happen. The ball will be gone in less than 2 seconds to those wide open receivers because of that 10 yard cushion, who then use their athletic ability for huge gains.

The only guy who tackles like a grown man is Ramsey. Maybe he can have a class before practice on how to not tackle like a *****.


They'd better double Chase all day. One guy pressing and the other back.

Again,they are not getting to Flacco unless they do something to take away his easy quick throws.


They need him to hold it 1-2 seconds more than he wants to for any shot. That didn't even come close to happening last game.
